HR Executive cum Data operator

Hi there,

We are welcoming candidates for doing the HR Executive cum Data Operator job in our Mohali Office. As the role suggests the candidate must be capable doing the data operation and making large excel sheets, must have Excel skills to meet the daily requirement. One must know how to draft the emails and know how to politely handed the Phone calls with care and respect:

KRA :

• MUST meet the daily targets assigned to him by the Managing Director or by HR Manager.
• MUST be keen interested in learning the Software (Company's Software) to upload the data and doing large entries.
• Support internal management for the multitasks.
• Must help in HR operations and meet daily targets.

Requirements:

• BBA, MBA.
• Must have patience to work with Administration.
• Proactive and Reliable and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Must be self driven.
• Ability to maintain Confidentially and Handle sensitive employee data with Integrity.
• Strong Organizational Skills and attention to detail (especially when handling Contracts, Records and Audits).
