HR Executive Assistant (Male Preferred Only)

Responsibilities: Assist HR Executive with daily administrative and operational tasks Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and training sessions Maintain accurate records of attendance, leaves, and employee data Support documentation: offer letters, agreements, exit forms, etc. Follow up with candidates, staff, and internal departments Handle internal communication and basic employee queries Help organize employee engagement activities and events Requirements: Qualification: Graduate (preferably in HR, Business, or relevant field) Fresher or 1 year of relevant experience preferred Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email, etc.) is required Strong follow-up and communication skills Punctual, honest, and committed to long-term work Ability to maintain confidentiality and multitask efficiently Be a vital part of our HR team and help us run smooth, people-friendly operations.
