Job Description

End-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding). Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation. Coordinate employee engagement programs and events. Handle basic payroll and compliance tasks. Manage performance review processes and employee grievances. Identify and generate new leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, and cold calling. Coordinate with the sales team to support client acquisition. Assist in client follow-ups Maintain good relationships with clients and provide post-sales support if required. Represent the company in virtual meetings, client demos, or introductory calls.
