The HR Generalist position based in Nashik is a full-time role that involves various responsibilities to support the HR function. As an HR Generalist, you will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including tasks such as job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining employee documentation, such as offer letters, joining forms, and personal files. It will also be your duty to maintain employee records and update HR databases, as well as to support in onboarding and induction processes. Collaboration with different departments for HR-related requirements will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with HR specialization being preferred but not mandatory. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges is also a key qualification sought for this role. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, with preference given to freshers who have completed an HR internship.
