We are looking for a professional, proactive, and dedicated HR Executive to support end-to-end recruitment activities, employee coordination, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle recruitment independently, and a customer-centric approach.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct screening calls and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews (telephonic, virtual & in-person).
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Draft job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
Support attendance and leave management.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR workflow.
Handle employee queries professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
13 years of experience in HR or recruitment (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR tools/ATS.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.
Positive attitude, professional behavior, and strong work ethics.
