Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a part of the team at Microsoft, empowering every person and organization to achieve more. As an insatiably curious HR professional, you will partner with the people manager community to coach them in key people processes. Your responsibilities will also include program leadership in specific areas of the employee life cycle, influencing processes to align with culture and strategic business priorities. This role requires a data-centric HR professional with experience leading programs and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to engage with colleagues across Asia on various projects aimed at enhancing and evolving HR processes. Key Responsibilities: - Employee Relations - Lead diagnostics and resolution of issues related to policy or culture concerns/violations independently or in collaboration with managers/peers in Human Resources and Legal professions - Assist/partner with Employee Relations Investigations Team (ERIT) or Office of Legal Compliance (OLC) in investigations and implement appropriate remediation - Identify and escalate trends in employee relations issues and collaborate with HR and business partners to implement solutions - HR Solutions Consulting - Provide expert consulting services to managers and employees in HR programs, processes, and initiatives - Conduct cross-functional data analysis and offer perspectives as a subject matter expert - Design training sessions/events for employees and managers and manage capability building projects - Capability Building - Conduct one-on-one consulting/coaching with managers on performance management and development-related processes - Manage/implement scalable capability building projects, programs, and initiatives - Recommend customized solutions to address capability gaps within a business, region, or geography - HR Project and Programs - Drive the execution and implementation of scalable HR programs - Lead the design and implementation of local HR projects or programs based on business needs - Integrate communication strategies and messages from the Center of Excellence (CoE) for a specific business, region, or geography - Operational Compliance - Apply Microsoft values and HR policies regarding managed projects and programs - Facilitate the localization/update of policies and procedures related to managed projects and programs - Manage queries coming through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/queue management system - Queue Management - Manage queries through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/queue management system - Ensure adherence to Microsoft and HR policies and provide feedback/suggestions for tool improvement Qualifications: Required/Minimum Qualifications - 7+ years of experience with Human Resources or Business programs/processes OR - Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of experience with Human Resources/Human resource consulting or Business programs/processes Additional Or Preferred Qualifications - Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)/Society for Human Resources Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) - 1+ year of employee relations experience,
