As an HR Consultant/Partner specializing in Corporate Wellness Program Outreach, you will play a crucial role in connecting our organization, Pure Nutrition, with large corporate clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure introductions with HR decision-makers at major corporate organizations in key Indian cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad. Leveraging your deep networks within the corporate sector, you will promote our customized employee wellness programs encompassing physical health, mental well-being, preventive care, fitness, and engagement workshops to client HR and leadership teams. Facilitating meetings, presentations, and proposals between our wellness team and potential corporate clients will be a key aspect of your role. Your expertise in HR engagement and partnership facilitation will be instrumental in supporting effective follow-up and relationship management to ensure a seamless onboarding process and successful program launch with each connected corporate client. We highly value prior experience in facilitating corporate wellness or employee engagement initiatives, as well as strategic connections with large corporate HR teams in companies with 500+ employees in our target geographies. The engagement type for this position is project-based fees with measurable outcomes, which are negotiable based on your experience and network strength.
