Key Responsibilities

Business Development Track (60%)

• Lead generation and client outreach

  for US market
• Support business proposals and presentations

• Digital marketing support

  (SEM, SMO, SEO)
• CRM management and market research

• Customer-facing interactions

  requiring excellent communication

HR & Recruitment Track (40%)

• Support

  global recruitment processes

  with focus on US and India markets
• that attract international talent
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews
• Maintain recruitment metrics and candidate pipelines

• Utilize innovative recruitment strategies

  including social media

Essential Requirements

• MUST work USA CST hours

  (8 PM IST - 2:30 AM IST)

• Exceptional English communication skills

  - customer-facing role requirement
• Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, HR, or related)

• Go-getter mentality

  with proven lead generation abilities

• Pleasing personality

• Strong internet connection and dedicated workspace
