Hiring for People Experience Sr. Associate (HR BPO) • Masters degree in Human Resource or Bachelors. • 4 to 5 years of experience in HR or related task is preferrable within consulting or professional services environment • Solid technology skills in Office 365 including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Proven ability to contribute in a high-paced environment consistently and positively. • A reputation for discretion, integrity, judgment, responsiveness, strong attention to detail and common sense • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and supervising the team members. • Ability to analyze and work effectively and efficiently. • Comfort with ambiguity; ability to use sound judgment to drive competing issues to resolution. • Strong English written, listening and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated flexibility working in a dynamic and rapidly changing organization • Knowledge of and sensitivity to country norms, global cultures and practices and the ability to empathize with employees • Ability to lead the KTs for process transitions. • A highly motivated self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
