HR Assistant(Male) (Local from Udaipur)

As an integral member of the Human Resources team, your role will involve supporting various HR functions to ensure the smooth operations of the department. Your responsibilities will include assisting in recruitment activities such as posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Additionally, you will play a key role in onboarding new employees by organizing induction programs and maintaining updated employee records in HR systems. You will be responsible for managing attendance and leave records, as well as overseeing the employee database. Your contribution will be vital in organizing training and development initiatives, and preparing HR-related documentation including offer letters, confirmation letters, and experience certificates. Responding to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures will also be part of your duties. Maintaining the completeness, accuracy, and confidentiality of HR documentation will be a priority. Furthermore, you will collaborate in planning and executing employee engagement and welfare activities to foster a positive work environment.
