Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Pre-Arrival Preparations:
Preparing and sending offer letters and necessary pre-employment paperwork.
Conducting background checks and employment contracts.
Preparing onboarding kits and welcome packages.
Coordinating with IT for equipment setup and access.
Orientation and Introduction:
Organizing and conducting orientation programs to introduce new hires to company culture, values, policies, and procedures.
Providing workplace tours and introductions to key staff.
Facilitating introductions to the new hire's team and colleagues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
