HR Assistant II

Job Description: TekWissen is a global workforce management provider offering strategic talent solutions to clients worldwide. Our client operates a marketplace for consumers, sellers, and content creators, providing merchandise and content from vendors and third-party sellers. We are currently seeking an HR Assistant II for an 8-month contract position in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities: - Proficient in real-time monitoring in a call center environment, including SL, volume offered/incoming/handled vs. STF/Commit, outsourcing percentage, email backlogs, missed contacts, calls in queue, and wait time utilizing Excel templates. - Capable of writing root cause analysis for service failures. - Intraday reporting, including call-outs. - Managing AUX states/non-adherence and escalating issues to Planning & Vendor teams. Mandatory Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. - Minimum of 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications. Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with the client's Connect system. - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. - Minimum of 1 year of Workforce Management (Real-Time Monitoring) experience in a call center environment. - Minimum of 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
