Key Responsibilities:- The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various job roles within the organization. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding. Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and track recruitment metrics. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future job openings. Stay updated on industry trends and best recruitment practices.
