Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for HR and Marketing at Youth United Council of India. The individual will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, managing HR policies, and employee benefits. The role also includes executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, handling marketing communications, and managing social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating recruitment processes, maintaining personnel records, devising HR programs, planning marketing campaigns, and organizing events.

Qualifications

Proficient in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
Skilled in handling Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
Experience in marketing strategies, market research, and marketing communications
Proficiency in social media management and organizing events
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or related field
Experience in non-profit or youth organizations is a plus
Experience in Multitasking
1-2 years of experience in HR and Marketing
Salary 2 lakhs per Annum
Experience in Travel and Marketing
Must be located in commutable distance to Chennai
Offline mode of Interview at Office located in Navalur, Chennai
