HR and Marketing Executive

The HR and marketing – Placement & Corporate Relations will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with companies to create job and internship opportunities for students. The role involves reaching out to organizations, understanding their hiring requirements, and coordinating the placement process between students and employers. Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact companies via phone calls, emails, and meetings to build partnerships for student placements and internships.
• Maintain and update a database of potential employers and placement opportunities.
• Understand company requirements and match suitable student profiles accordingly.
• Coordinate interview schedules, follow-ups, and placement drives with corporate HR teams.
• Promote the institution’s talent pool to organizations and highlight student skills and achievements.
• Collaborate with the student placement team to ensure smooth communication between students and employers.
• Prepare placement reports, maintain records of company interactions, and track placement statistics.
