Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR and Community Specialist located in Pune. The HR and Community Specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions including creating and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and personnel management. This role also includes organizing community events, fostering a positive environment, and ensuring the well-being of all residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and community-building skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
