Role & responsibilities

HR Reporting Analyst Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain customized
HR reports and dashboards
to support data-driven decision-making.
Generate and manage a wide range of
scheduled and ad-hoc reports
, including Employee Master Data, Organizational Mobility, Attrition, Termination, and other key HR metrics.
Analyze complex HR data sets to identify trends, resolve analytical challenges, and provide actionable insights to HR leadership and business stakeholders.
Respond to
high-priority data inquiries
with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring critical business needs are met efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting platforms, maintaining compliance with internal standards and data privacy regulations.
Demonstrate flexibility and commitment by supporting extended work hours when required to meet tight deadlines or urgent reporting needs.

Preferred candidate profile

Excel

Minimum 4
years of experience
in HR reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.
