HR Advisory Analyst

As an HR Advisory Analyst at Accenture, your role will involve being a part of the Global Workday Center of Excellence. You will be responsible for Mass Data Uploads & Integrations, Data Preparation, Data Audits & Compliance, Regular Audits, Reporting, User Assistance, System Maintenance, Data Validation, Custom Reporting, and Issue Resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Manage multiple stakeholders effectively - Conduct periodic audits to identify and rectify data discrepancies, duplicate records, and inconsistencies - Generate audit reports and provide insights to clients as needed - Provide support to HR users regarding Workday functionalities, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance - Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to implement system updates and enhancements - Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entered into Workday, performing regular checks and validations - Develop and maintain custom reports to monitor key HR metrics and support decision-making processes - Identify data-related issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions promptly Qualifications Required: - Any Graduation - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience About Accenture: Accenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security.
