We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our human resources department. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and administrative support. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling sensitive information with integrity. Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain employee records (attendance, payroll, leaves, benefits, etc.) in compliance with legal requirements. Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations. Coordinate training and development programs. Organize employee engagement activities and company events. Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 6Months–2 years of experience in an HR role (internship or full-time). Good knowledge of HR functions and best practices. Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Discretion and confidentiality.
