HR / admin executive

You will be joining BLUE CHIP CLICKS, a leading Digital Marketing Firm based in Ahmedabad, as an HR/Admin Executive. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for handling daily administrative tasks, providing executive administrative assistance, ensuring efficient office operations, and facilitating communication within the organization. Your duties will include recruitment, onboarding, managing employee records, scheduling meetings, coordinating office events, and addressing employee queries. To excel in this role, you should possess Executive Administrative Assistance and General Administration skills, proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Communication, strong Interpersonal Skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively is crucial. While prior experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus, it is not mandatory. However, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required. The salary range for this position is between 20-25k.
