Job Description

1. Handling HR and compliance procedure like Legal Standards, Internal statutory compliance & audit.
2. Well versed with HR Policies, Govt. Labor Laws & Act.
3. Monitoring and executing entire human resource operation like PF, ESIC, PT and Labor law.
4. Knowledge of the Factory's Act & Shop and Establishment Act.
5. Conduct initial orientation & induction to newly hired employees.
6. Attendance management, Payroll processing, Bonus, Gratuity calculations.
7. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
8. Liaison with Govt. officers, contractual manpower management.
9. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, development, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
10. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
11. Training & development (Skill Matrix), (Competency Management), KPI
12. Coordinating events and communications

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
