HR Executive – People, Compliance & Plant HR
Location: Kurkumbh, Pune
Experience: 3–5 years

We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team at Kurkumbh, Pune, and manage end-to-end employee relations, statutory compliance, and plant HR operations. Candidates based in or near Kurkumbh are preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary matters, and other employee-related issues on the plant floor. Manage statutory compliance under labour laws, the Factories Act, PF, ESIC, and contract labour regulations. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and payroll coordination. Liaise with the local labour office, contractors, and government bodies as required. Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with statutory requirements and company policies. Act as the first point of contact for all employee-related matters at the plant.
Job Requirements: 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a plant or manufacturing environment. Strong working knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance. Candidates based in or near Kurkumbh are preferred. Graduate or postgraduate qualification in HR or a related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage shop-floor employees and staff. Ability to work independently and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
