Job Description

Housekeeping Supervisor manages cleaning staff, ensures high hygiene/infection control standards in patient areas, coordinates supplies, trains teams on procedures (like Joint Commission standards), schedules, inspects work, and liaises with nursing/maintenance for a safe, clean environment, essentially overseeing the Environmental Services team to maintain hospital cleanliness.

Qualifications

Any Bachelor’s degree, Experience into hospital Industry.
Directing, scheduling, training, monitoring performance, and providing feedback to housekeeping staff.
Strong Organizational & Communicational Skills required
