Job Description

  • Responsible for developing, reviewing and updating SOPs for HK Services.
  • Prepare process flow and Service guidelines for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness
  • Prepare Budget for HK services in coordination with Head Admin/Accounts department
  • Maintain expense and revenue statement for HK Services
  • Coordinate with Legal department/Head admin for meeting all statutory licenses and obligations if any
  • Identify capital equipment requirements for HK service and procure the same by coordinating with Supply Chain & Finance
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are met by the vendor.
  • Process and validate vendor bills
  • Ensure all vendors are maintaining their records
  • Handle patient’s complaints related to the HK services, resolve problems and take appropriate action.
  • Supervise HK service.
  • Finalize cleaning schedule.
  • Arrange for special requirements and other training programs as and when required.
  • Participate in recruitment process.
  • Encourage and motivate team members to deliver performance
  • Enable KRA setting and provide feedback on performance of team

Provide feedback on training and development needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
