Job Description

Looking for a skilled Housekeeping/Room Attendant to join our team in Gaya, Bihar, India. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibility

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.

Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' needs and resolving issues efficiently.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.

Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or room attendant roles.
