Job Responsibilities

• To monitor and control all House Keeping activities of the hospital.
• To properly schedule the duties of the HK staff, Ward Boys and Ayahs.
• To regularly train his/her staff in cleaning, waste management and other issues related to House Keeping.
• To continuously monitor the working of the staff and constantly be on the move around the hospital identifying problem areas and assisting patients if required.
• To provide support to the MRD technician whenever required.
• To update the daily HK checklist and ensure that the necessary actions are carried out.
• To assist in photocopying and mailing processes.
• To create a culture of belongingness and integrity among the ward boys, HKs and Ayahs.
• To regularly participate in the HR Training programs.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the management is to be carried out.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
