Location :- Nandasan, Gujarat

Position :- Housekeeping Supervisor

Working time:- 8 am to 6 pm (2 week off)

Experience:- 2 to 5 Year

Education:- High school/ Diploma

Job description:-

• Follow al SOP of cleanliness & hygiene maintenance in the plant as per GMP
• Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks & Oversee staff on a daily basis.
• Prepare checklist and maintain all records of cleanliness for different designated areas- dry and wet processing area, blend lab, QC/NPD labs.
• Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence.
• Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards and machine operations ( vacuum cleaner, scrubber etc)
• Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness.

Skill requirement :-

• Work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
• Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
• Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
• Good organizational and team management skills
• Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Must be able to read and write English.

Preferably from Pharma Industry ,Food Industry, Hospitality Industry –Hotels/Hospital / (in this order)
