Housekeeping Supervisor

As a housekeeper at our establishment, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout our facilities. Your responsibilities will include cleaning rooms and common areas, disposing of trash, changing beds, and promptly reporting any maintenance issues that require attention. It is essential that you have the physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds and a keen eye for detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistently met. Your tasks as a housekeeper will involve various duties such as vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, as well as cleaning and restocking restrooms. You will also be responsible for promptly addressing spills using the appropriate equipment, notifying management of any necessary repairs, and ensuring that trash is collected and disposed of properly. Additionally, you may be required to assist guests when needed, keep the linen room well-stocked, and effectively clean upholstered furniture. To excel in this role, you should be able to manage your time efficiently, work effectively without direct supervision, and possess the ability to handle basic maintenance and cleaning tasks. A high school diploma is required, along with a professional demeanor and the capacity to interact positively with hotel guests.
