Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Housekeeping Supervisor aboard a Ro-Ro Ferry Ship, operated by ARUN PATEL. Based in Surat, this on-site position involves managing and supervising housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep of all ship facilities. The supervisor will oversee staff, coordinate daily housekeeping tasks, monitor and maintain laundry services, respond to customer concerns, and implement quality housekeeping standards to ensure a comfortable environment for passengers and crew.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Experience in Housekeeping and Laundry operations with attention to detail and high standards.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to address passenger and crew needs promptly.
• Previous experience in hospitality, cruise, or maritime operations is preferred but not required.
• Certificate in housekeeping or hospitality management is a plus.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
