Housekeeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and train housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and professional development.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
• Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and in good working condition.
• Prepare reports on housekeeping operations, including staff performance, inventory usage, and guest feedback.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control measures related to housekeeping operations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Experience:

  2 to 6 years of experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.

• Skills:

  Strong knowledge of hotel operations, housekeeping management, and guest service.

• Leadership:

  Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive work environment.

• Communication:
