Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff, including room attendants, linen attendants, and public area cleaners.
· Ensure all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house, are clean and well-maintained.
· Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
· Provide training and coaching to housekeeping staff to improve performance and efficiency.
· Manage and control inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
· Handle guest complaints and concerns related to housekeeping.
· Maintain accurate records of housekeeping operations, including staff attendance, room cleanliness, and inventory.
· Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control processes to ensure consistency and high standards.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Housekeeping Manager/Housekeeping Manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
