Housekeeping Supervisor

Ashirwad Nursing Home is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards of the hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the housekeeping staff, ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff members. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the housekeeping team on daily operations. Ensure all hospital areas are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained. Prepare and monitor staff duty rosters and schedules. Conduct regular inspections to maintain hygiene and infection control standards. Manage housekeeping supplies, chemicals, and equipment effectively. Coordinate with hospital management for any special cleaning or sanitation requirements. Provide training to housekeeping staff on safety, hygiene, and infection control. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping supervision (hospital experience preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and infection control standards. Honest, hardworking, and responsible attitude.
