Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor, located in Guwahati. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations, manage and train staff, ensure high cleaning standards, coordinate with other departments, and handle inventory and supplies. The Supervisor will also address guest concerns related to housekeeping, maintain schedules, and perform quality inspections of guest rooms and public areas. Qualifications Supervisory skills and experience in managing housekeeping teams Proficiency in Laundry and overall Housekeeping tasks Strong Customer Service skills and Communication abilities Excellent organizational and time management skills Detail-oriented and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry is a plus A high school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality management is advantageous
