Job Title: Housekeeping Associate Location: Ethereal Dune Boutique Hotel, Kadak Post, Thakursai, Pavananagar-Kamshet Road, Gevhande Khadak, Pune, Maharashtra – 410406 About Us: Ethereal Dune Boutique Hotel is a 7-room premium boutique stay with a rooftop Sicily Café, designed in a warm Boho theme overlooking the serene Pawna Lake. We focus on personalized hospitality, comfort, and memorable guest experiences. Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team. You will play a key role in maintaining the rooms, public areas, and property to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily. Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities. Maintain cleanliness of lobby, café, rooftop, and outdoor spaces. Handle laundry, ironing, and linen management. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly. Assist guests politely with housekeeping requests. Follow eco-friendly and hygienic cleaning practices. Requirements: Previous housekeeping experience in hotels/hospitality preferred. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Ability to work independently and in a team. Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred). Physically fit for housekeeping tasks.
