Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk, lobby, entrance, and public areas. Respond promptly to front desk or guest requests (e.g., extra towels, amenities, cleaning needs). Assist with quick room checks or touch-ups before guest check-in. Support front desk with baggage handling or escorting guests to rooms when required. Restock public restrooms and ensure they're clean and functional. Handle lost & found items as per hotel policy. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department. Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are used properly and stored securely. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times. Follow all health and safety guidelines and hotel policies. Qualifications:Minimum education: High School preferred. Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is an advantage. Basic understanding of guest service and hygiene standards. Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks. Ability to communicate in basic English (local language fluency preferred). Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
