Key Responsibilities Cleaning and Sanitization: Dust, clean, and polish furniture and fixtures; vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; and scrub and sanitize bathrooms, including showers, toilets, and countertops. Room Preparation: Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and toiletries. Restocking & Inventory: Replenish guest room supplies and maintain a clean inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Waste Management: Collect and dispose of trash from rooms and common areas. Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance, damage, or safety issues to the supervisor or management. Guest Service: Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or services. Security & Privacy: Ensure the security of guest rooms and protect guest privacy. Health & Safety: Adhere to all established health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Lost & Found: Handle and report any found lost or found articles to management.
