Room Cleaning:Clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms, which may include making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces.
Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens.Ensure all appliances and electronic devices are in working order.
Inspection:Inspect rooms to ensure they meet established cleanliness and quality standards.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to supervisors for prompt repair.
Customer Service:Greet guests courteously and respond to their requests and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
Offer assistance with luggage or any special requests.
Linen Management:Collect dirty linens and towels from guest rooms and replace them with clean ones.
Sort and organize laundry as needed.
Public Area Cleaning:Clean and maintain the cleanliness of corridors, elevators, stairwells, and other common areas.
Empty trash bins and replace liners.
Inventory Management:Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Lost and Found:Report and turn in any lost items found in guest rooms or public areas to the appropriate department.
Compliance:Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Follow the hotel's specific cleaning and room setup standards.
Teamwork:Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Assist with special cleaning projects or tasks when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
