Housekeeping Incharge

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Housekeeping manager to lead housekeeping team and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the premises.

- Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage housekeeping staff on a daily basis
• Prepare duty rosters and assign tasks to housekeeping staff
• Ensure all rooms, restrooms, and common areas are cleaned and maintained properly
• Conduct regular inspections and audits for cleanliness standards
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure timely procurement
• Handle laundry operations if applicable
• Train new housekeeping staff on protocols and cleanliness standards
• Report any repair/maintenance issues to the maintenance department
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain records of staff attendance and performance

- Requirements:

• Proven experience as a housekeeping supervisor or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours/shifts
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and equipment
• Basic computer skills (for reporting and scheduling)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
