Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping In-Charge located in Guwahati. The Housekeeping In-Charge is responsible for managing and supervising the housekeeping staff, ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of hospital premises. Tasks include overseeing laundry services, maintaining cleaning schedules, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The role also involves hiring, training, and managing the performance of housekeeping personnel as well as addressing and resolving any patient or staff concerns regarding housekeeping services.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Hiring experience
• Experience in Laundry management and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in housekeeping management is advantageous
