Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant / Housekeeper

Department: Housekeeping

Reports to: Housekeeping Supervisor / Executive Housekeeper

Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas in accordance with hotel/resort standards. The role ensures a pleasant, comfortable, and safe environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and arrange guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to the required standards.
• Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities as per hotel policy.
• Check and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Replenish supplies, minibar items, and toiletries in rooms.
• Ensure proper use of housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, restaurants, meeting rooms, and recreational facilities.
• Follow the hotel’s lost and found procedures.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Assist with laundry services if required.
• Provide courteous and professional service to guests, responding promptly to their requests.

Language: Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, English (English not Mandatory)

Education: 10th, Diploma in Hospitality

Salary: 10,000 to 15000

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
