Job Description

  • Staff Management:

    Recruit, train, schedule, and provide performance feedback to housekeeping staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Operations Management:

    Oversee the daily cleaning of all guest rooms and public areas, including laundry, private spaces, and staff areas.
  • Quality Assurance:

    Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel's cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Inventory & Budget Control:

    Monitor and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages and control department costs.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

    Coordinate with other departments, such as the front desk and maintenance, to resolve guest requests and address maintenance issues.
  • Guest Service:

    Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns or requests related to housekeeping.
  • Compliance:

    Ensure the department complies with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
