• Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of the hotel to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service.
• Interact with guests and personnel of the hotel in an efficient and friendly manner.

• Provide effective support to the team to enable them to provide a range of effective and efficient services.
• Ensure that the team has been trained for all safety provisions.
• Motivate and develop staff to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork.
• Conduct on-going training and coach all the employees and ensure to maintain records.
• Conduct briefing for Housekeeping Attendants.
• Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Guides and advises Executive Housekeeper on key performance indicators of employees in the department and ensures measurement of the same
• Ensures adherence to company and hotel policies by all departmental employees

Your experience and skills include: Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming Excellent organizational skills and time management
