Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Executive at Orchha Palace and Resorts. The Housekeeping Executive will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas. Day-to-day tasks include managing laundry services, supervising housekeeping staff, training new employees, and providing exceptional customer service to guests. The role is located in Orchha.

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in staff training and supervision
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
