Job Description

Job Summary:Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and a safe environment throughout the factory premises, including production areas, offices, washrooms, and common areas. The role is critical for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and supporting smooth operational functioning. Key Responsibilities:Clean and sanitize factory floors, production zones, offices, and restrooms regularly. Dispose of waste in designated bins and ensure waste segregation (if required). Clean machinery exteriors and surrounding areas (without interfering with production operations). Refill consumables (soap, tissue, sanitizer, etc.) in washrooms and pantries. Use and maintain cleaning tools and equipment in good condition. Follow safety protocols while handling chemicals and tools. Notify the supervisor of any damages, hazards, or repairs needed in the facility. Support during inspections and audits by ensuring high cleanliness standards. Follow factory rules and maintain discipline at the workplace. Qualifications and Skills:Minimum 8th grade or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in industrial or commercial cleaning is a plus. Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety procedures. Physical stamina and ability to work on foot for extended periods. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
