Job Description

As a Cleaner, your primary responsibility will be to ensure cleanliness and order in various areas. This includes vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, dusting and polishing furniture, cleaning windows and glass surfaces, and maintaining bathrooms and kitchens. Additionally, you will be required to make beds, change linens, empty trash bins, and replenish supplies. You will play a vital role in reporting any safety hazards or maintenance needs to the relevant personnel, as well as notifying superiors about damages or disturbances. In some cases, you may need to assist with minor repairs or maintenance tasks. Other potential duties may include washing dishes, assisting with event setups, and handling guest requests. It is essential that you have the ability to make tea and coffee and serve them when necessary. To excel in this role, you should possess attention to detail, physical stamina, and strength. Being reliable, knowledgeable about cleaning products and equipment, and having good communication and interpersonal skills are also important. You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, exhibit patience, and effectively handle reasonable complaints.,
