Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Associate based in Shimla. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest accommodations and shared spaces. Daily tasks include cleaning rooms, handling laundry, replenishing supplies, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation. The associate will also interact with guests to provide exceptional service and address any housekeeping-related requests promptly.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Laundry and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and the team
• Excellent Organization Skills to manage tasks efficiently
• Ability to train and assist team members in housekeeping practices
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality roles is a plus
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
