Key Responsibilities: 1. Villa Operations & Maintenance Oversee daily villa readiness, cleanliness, and maintenance standards. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure all facilities are in perfect condition. Coordinate with maintenance vendors and service providers for repairs or upgrades. Maintain inventory of supplies, amenities, and equipment. Good Communication skills. 2. Guest Experience & Service Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes. Respond promptly to guest requests, feedback, and complaints. Coordinate special requests (transportation, dining, excursions, etc.) to enhance the guest experience. Ensure high levels of personalization and attention to detail. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in Resort management, property management, or guest relations.
