Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Room Maintenance: Supervise and ensure all guest rooms, corridors, and public areas are cleaned and well-presented
Team Supervision: Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping staff to maintain high cleaning standards and efficiency
Inventory Management: Manage housekeeping supplies, linen, and cleaning materials to avoid shortages or wastage
Quality Checks: Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep
Guest Satisfaction: Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience
Coordination: Work closely with the front office and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations and room readiness
Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain proper hygiene standards, ensure the use of safe cleaning practices, and follow hotel policies

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: 10 hours (Morning / Afternoon)

Experience: 1+ year (preferred)

Languages: Hindi

Salary Offered: Rs. 9,000/- to Rs. 12,000/- (depending on candidate’s skill set)
