Housekeeping Apprenticeship

Role Overview: As an on-site Housekeeping Apprentice at The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) located in Nadiad, your main responsibility will be to assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the hotel premises. You will be involved in performing daily housekeeping tasks which include cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Additionally, you will ensure that amenities are restocked and support laundry and linen management. This role will provide you with an opportunity to learn industry best practices and gain hands-on experience in guest services and housekeeping operations. Key Responsibilities: - Perform daily housekeeping tasks to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. - Clean guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. - Restock amenities as required. - Support laundry and linen management. Qualifications Required: - Basic understanding of cleaning processes, hygiene standards, and equipment handling. - Ability to follow instructions, focus on details, and complete tasks efficiently. - Strong time management and organizational skills for multitasking in a dynamic environment. - Teamwork and communication skills to support coordination with other departments. - Willingness to learn and adapt to the operational standards of IHCL's hospitality services. - High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.,
