Job Title: Housekeeping & Room Service Staff – Villa Vara (Beachside Boutique Villa, Kapu – Udupi) 📍 Location: Kapu Beach Road, near Lighthouse, Udupi(Accommodation & meals provided for live-in staff) Our property is a boutique 6-room luxury stay by the beach offering homely hospitality and curated guest experiences. We’re looking for a dedicated, polite, and well-presented staff member who can handle both housekeeping and room service duties with care and attention to detail. Responsibilities:Housekeeping: Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily Change bed linen, towels, and refill guest amenities Maintain cleanliness around pool, dining terrace, and outdoor areas Handle guest laundry (send to laundry or wash in-house as needed) Deep clean rooms and public areas on rotation Room Service: Serve breakfast, snacks, and meals in rooms or terrace areas Set up trays, clear plates, and keep dining areas neat Assist guests politely with requests like extra towels, water, or ironing Support event or dinner setups at poolside or beach terrace Other: Report any maintenance or guest issues to the supervisor Ensure all rooms are ready before check-in time Follow hygiene and grooming standards 🎯 Requirements:Minimum 1 year experience in hotel/homestay housekeeping or service Must be clean, punctual, polite, and good with guests Basic understanding of English,kannada or Hindi preferred Ability to multitask and maintain a pleasant attitude 💰 Salary & Benefits:₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month (based on experience) Free accommodation & meals Uniform provided Monthly off and performance bonus opportunities 📞 Contact:Call / WhatsApp: +91-9008308973
